what u do for weights? since u r doing lots of cardio, do heavy compound exercise to save your muscle mass. u wont like it when u have your six pack and a weak body together
*
I do for chest and tricep most of the time.
I am not sure what you mean by heavy compound exercise? You mean carry heavy?

compound exercise = multi joint exercise = squats, deadlift, bench press, bent over row, dips, pull up.

do these rather than doing your tricep pushdown on the machine. if u dont wana do squats do leg press. work your legs man.

Dead Lift, squat
cycling 200kcal, running 200kcal.
Pretty tired after the muscle training, but i pushed on with my cardio.
On the dead lift....do i have to carry heavy? I did with a weight i felt comfortable, but still can feel the pain in my legs. Feels good after that. :-)

I got a big thigh, so sometimes im worried of doing leg exercises at times. fear that it will make it bigger.

My thigh, i did not measure it. Its big as not in all as muscles, im sure there is fat there stored as well.
There is a cable machine to do deadlift, i am using it. I believe im doing it correctly, as i have seen people doing it. Seen them doing using free weight to do deadlift and not the cable.

You can do deadlift with cable for starters. Keeping your back straight, positioning ur legs etc needs practice smile.gif

Ok.
I have seen before people do deadlift in competition. Usually they use a bar, with weights, thats the common way of people doing deadlift. You can of coz do it with cables as well, its the same, in fact you have more control when your are using the cable.
this is almost how i do it.

cable deadlift aint as effective as conventional deadlift. if u cant deadlift properly start with rack pulls
