Today did weights for my shoulder and sit ups. For shoulders, Arnodl dumbell press, Barbell incline shoulder raise, Dumbell shoulder press, Bent Over Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise With Head On Bench, Front Dumbbell Raise. |

You can take vit E, carbo block if you want, but your cardio is very important. |

I am back after CNY. Put on little weight i guess. Actually just rested for 1 week. Previously, was working out but didnt update my journal. Lets see what i did today....today feel kinda tired and no energy...after resting ad also meal input low today. I started with warmup 2x20 incline bench press (no weight) 2x15 incline bench press (10kgs) 1x10 (20kgs) military press 3x10 20kgs incline bench press using dumbells 2x15 25lb 1x10 30lb bicep curl using dumbells (incline) 3x15 25lb and few more exercise la...dunno the names....keke Finally i decide to cycle...burn 100kcal today. Thats all...cant push much....body seems pampered for CNY. Need torturing soon. :-) |
