QUOTE(ryansxs @ Dec 14 2007, 01:54 PM) 13Dec2007 i would say that u still can workout even though u are suffering from DOMS. maybe it would be slightly more difficult to workout compared to without DOMS ler. u'll get used to it.Futsal day. Man, today im having a bad DOMS. Yesterday nite hardly can sleep. Today suppose to head to gym, dunno how am i going to manage it. Just wanna ask u guys, working out which u suffering from DOMS, is it ok? Or you need to make sure u dun have any DOMS to further your workout? |

I asked my PT if I could take the bf test whenever I feel like it....and she told me that only those under PT sessions get their bf tested. Otherwise kenot take. I know it sucks when u pay so much and u dun get to use that privilege.
