Saipem’s trying their luck with AKER for their next project. Worley already completed the detailed design for Saipem’s project, the next phase of the project was not handed to Worley.

As long as staying in Msia then is still okay. Saipem COMP3 DD would be sizable contract too.

The writings were on the wall already before the stop work announcement.

Worley wished AKER good luck doing work for Saipem.

It’s a similar pattern with MMHE. They JVed with Technip, didn’t like Technip calculating ways, JVed with Worley, had a fall out with Worley, then JVed with MMC, squeezed MMC dry, and the routine went on and on. Somehow MMHE has not JVed with AKER in any EPC projects in recent years.

Fixed platforms, potentially a CPP. Quite orthodox to have a CPP in a brownfield.
