Why our local company rates no more lucrative rates after 2017 onward? After fuel price low last time

U forgot the 2017. Worst period ever, many just VSS, MSS

after 2017, most post hire 99% sure is contract basis.

Received few emails from recruiter for this. 1st year salary will be under NES Firscroft. And checking the attachment, all with minimum standard on annual leave, MC and stuff. Medical not cover for normal clinic except hospitalizations

AL can understood. Medical for clinic also not covered. Not on employee, family as well.

Put T20 salary demand, if they can pay then study if can take the offer. Else works with company with suitable AL, medical coverage for family.

Only contract post for 1st year under NES. Then next year depends again when they swap to directly under Modec or if unlucky, not renew

Not sure about Modec but for regular Client, they need some minimum years of O&G experience for the post, even this comply to the Contractor working for the project
