Any tentative time for VP? Still jan 2026 or earlier?

I think he said construction will complete by end of this year, but vp may not be so soon. I think Maya Ara also have vp delayed quite some time.

Construction progress is not a very good indicator for HOVP timing.

Once construction is mostly completed, developer needs to obtain CCC and connection to external services. This means authority and utility inspections and approvals, including the issuance of strata titles (which means survey of as-built). Typically this will take 3 to 6 months, and usually only beigns once majority of construction is completed.

The safest bet is to refer to your SPA delivery date, especially if you bought at launch. Developer must deliver by this date or be prepared to pay LAD.

developer has 48 months to hand over keys to u.....

so if you signed your SPA today (Jan 2025), they have until Jan 2029 to hand to you mar

I remember they said target to VP is by March 2027

Block 1 launched in feb 2023-so they have to complete by feb 2027. Blocks 2 & 3 launched later so got more time to vp

Aiyo, you should know that launch in Feb doesn't mean spa was signed in Feb.
It could be a few months down the road before spa is finalized.
Buyer needs to get loan approval, settle differential sum, lawyer needs to prepare spa, arrange signing with buyer, then big boss need to sign, then stamping, in between got festival season and ding dong here and there

Boss, looks like u have nt bought any prop from sdp before. They encourage u to sign spa within 21 days, so spa date will be the date you book d prop on launch day, depends on when you book.

Just want to highlight that the spa date could be different from launch date and any LAD can only be calculated from SPA date.
It's just a simple thing to make it clear as many buyers will have different spa date depending on when their spa is finalized.
