When you mention yr company contract till Feb 26, would it be fair to assume all M&E piping works will be completed by Feb 26?

I understand VP date for every buyer is diff, but Main Con contract period are fixed and shared to public.
So referring to a contract deadline is a fair reference for most project?

hehe if my contract til Feb 26 and i handover all - it means all those under my scope done, incl M&E, structures, architectural etc...

but then chances is, there will be extra ID stuffs, or landscape stuffs that is NOT under my scope... then those they may engage other parties to come do....

Now already waiting for SPA signing. Ours is block 3. 6th floor facing outside HTC
