Block 3 now built up until which level already? I was told completion is by 2027 but seems like their progress is quite fast when I passed by the site yesterday. Might be able to complete before that also..

Although for block 3, I noticed the views are slightly compromised by the HTC albeit facing Kingsley Hills. I supposed the views on the top floors (20 above) aren’t as bad but the price point upon rebate, quite hard to argue also la. This will be my first property purchase and I’m really looking forward to it.

You got received any rebate/cashback from dev for this project? I was told that the rebate will contra off the 10% down payment if rebate > down payment, and balance will be refunded back to purchaser. So meaning to say just sign LO and SPA and pay the loan stamp duty only. Seems like too good to be true 🤔

Thanks. Initially I didn’t know the overall process. Thought have to pay the dp first then they will contra back.

Can't seem to recall if there were discussions previously but since this a serviced apartment instead of condo, I assume the tariff will be under commercial rates instead of residential rates? Not much concern on other kind of tariff, except for TNB coz it's double the rates compared to residential rates

with Type A having only 1 parking lot and Type B having 2 parking lot, do you think there will be additional parking lots available for rent? I hope there will be additional carpark available for rent else parking situation surrounding Serasi is gonna be a mess.

besides that, I remember the SA told me that Type A and B both have hackable walls so that we have to choice to extend the kitchen. If one were to extend the kitchen, I wonder where the door position is going to be. I supposed door position will be perpendicular to what we currently see in the showroom.

Boss I dah beli one unit 🙈 Block 3, Type A. For me a family of 2, the kitchen size is enough, though I’m considering on the possibility of increasing the kitchen space.

I think the price is quite affordable and it’s closer to home.

I’m so used to living in landed with a huge kitchen. I mean, for type A it’s big enough but it’s nice to consider any possibility of expansion before moving in.
