Nice. So this will probably help to reduce /block the trafic noise from the highway when the building is up. The whole area is shaping up nicely. Some new paved roads around Serasi already done. Lots of areas to do hill sprint (HIIT) intervals.

will there be EV charging bays later at Serasi?

Need to ask sales staff but i doubt they will install it

My real issue with PH is the lack of commercial activities and FnB options.

Getting better imo

I'm quite happy with the level of commercial activity there as it is. Very suitable tor a peaceful and less stressful life.

Less hectic location is better, less noise pollution, *peace & quiet.*. 

Personal preference- you want hectic n busy taipan commercial activities or ph's less busy n hectic activities.

I go there many times a week and the whole PH seems dead. Which is the central commercial area?

certain sections is busy such as front rows at Onking etc

still not enough spending crowds but its getting so much more lively as compared to 10 years ago while i was a teenager staying here

but now as a young adult, PH still lacks what i need

thats why I have to move away from this peaceful and serene neighbour in search of better connectivity, commercial, malls, ease to KL drive

Well, maybe this P/H tak gam your lifestyle, you prefer everything on your fingertips..

10 new shophouses where an estimated 5000 people live should have a good chance to do well. That will in turn attract people from the surrounding areas to also frequent. I guess it will get busy enough. As long as the shophouses do well it will be good for Serasi and PH.

Yes agree, but hope wont get too busy to cause congestion n difficult to get parking😅

3 more condos n a mini mall similar to main place otw in ph sentral- will get very busy definitely😄
