Honda has no direct investment in China. But thru JV investment.
There are 2 honda JV companies in china.

Sundiro Honda (新大洲本田) mainly focus small displacement bikes.
Wuyang Honda (五羊本田) focus bigger displacement bike (mostly import)

Btw, forza 350(nss350) already assembled in china.

Their version of forza 350 has electric foldable side mirrors. A nice to have features.

No news on Fast bikes though....they were going to sell Honda..but been very quiet. Maybe they can't even get bikes so nothing to sell. Tiu lor....thier Triumph got gobbled up by Goh brothers, now they selling a brand with no stock.

Few days ago the reply got deleted.

So we probably not getting anything anytime soon.

I just went to the big wing in PJ last week, ask about the Hond Rebel 500, they told me to wait till end of july/august only got demo unit in showroom for display, not for test drive

for me i think either rebel 500 or vul s 650 as currently within my budget this 2 seems like best option

I haven't test Rebel. Vulcan S is proven, also.
Depending on the weight and payload, might need prepare to change the rear shock.

Both about the same price point.

Would just go with a Vulcan. The rebel looks 8/10 sized. You are also getting 20% more power from the bigger 650. Both been around for donkey years.

Ultimately it boils down to if you prefer mid controls (rebel)or foot forward (Vulcan)
