UX7 vs Turanza 6 205/60R17

Both around same price. Turanza 6 maybe rm100 more for 4 tyres (rm25 more per tyre).

Anyone with experience or recommendations?

I would opt for Turanza 6 anytime over UX7.
Turanza 6 is equivalent/direct compete to Michelin Primacy series and plenty of proven test reports.

Have a new to me car coming, it has Conti MC6 on it from 2023 70% thread remaining.

If I am changing new tyres, PS5 vs MC7. Which one is a better pick?

MC7. However, if you ask PS4 vs MC7, I would recommend PS4.

Was on the Turanza 005a and contemplating UX7 or Primacy 4. Today went ahead with the Primacy 4. Much more quiet than the 005a. Not sure if the newer Turanza 6 would be better. The Turanza actually has a softer rubber (than bothbUX7 and Primacy 4) but shorter threadwear. The UX7 on paper should last longer but definitely will be more keras.

My t005a is already on 60+k km and there's still some thread left before reaching the indicator. Personally I feel they're quite worth the money.

Also found general altimax gs6 215/55r17 on shopee.
Very tempted as it's only 1k for 4 tyres as they're having promo of buy 4 get 25% off basically buy 3 free 1. Hmmmmm

surveyed, price is similar as before raid.. plus minus 1~3 ringgit per tyre..

anyway because of the raid thought they gone dy, so i bought on shopee instead, manage to get cheaper after vouchers + can do 3 months 0% installment or pay with CC unlike cash only for oscar..

but the shop pattern is similar like oscar based on google reviews..

Oscar GY AMG = RM163 before raid, RM162 now.=
Shopee seller = RM200, after vouchers became RM160

This comparison reviews the performance of the tyres, as well as their subjective comfort. But it did not test the longevity or average wear.

Interested to get other people's experience that may be used in different conditions or circumstances, and also their own opinion on the comfort and wear based on their usage.

Performance tires people dont talk about wear, as it is expect to wear out fast. If you want long wear tires better get normal touring tires like Primacy series. If talk about comfort, no need look for others even the website also Michelin score better. FYI each person also subjective in term of tire wear, if the person always go track even few thousand km also already wear out.

Bruv what are you talking about. There are plenty of people using performance vehicles as their daily. What's wrong with looking for a balance of performance plus comfort and wear? PS4S is known to be one of the most comfortable and long-lasting tyre. But the SC7 is much newer and is superior to the PS4S in both dry and wet. These data sets are from tests. Thus I'm asking for real world experience (or outside a track environment experience) in terms of dailying, how long does it last for them, etc. If you aren't a user of either you don't need to comment.
