I suppose to buy iPad2 from this user, then we reached to an agreement to meet at pandah indah Steven corner, and he turned up to cancel the cod because he was doing OT at cyber jaya as he called and told ... Then we meet an agreement to meet today at KLCC . At the time 1.50pm, we reached at KLCC bus stop, he came with car and I came walking, then I started checking the iPad 2, but turned out to be iPad 1, then I asked why iPad 1 bro? Not iPad 2 ? He told no its iPad 1 as we agree, but before the day we agree, I and my bro called him and confirm that it's iPad 2 he said yea.. So I confirm the location and price.. the user name above has ffk the deal, due to he said he is the senior member of this forum, i cant report him. however im writing this report to the moderator for once again to testify the attitude for a trader or a buyer should have during trade.

before meet up, we have been communicate with PM and they clearly know the product tat im selling is 1.5 years old from the PM ( i can attach screen shot), then we set up meetings over phone call.

during the dealing process, he has not been a gentlemen and accusing me selling different thing as description of my forum thread which is not true, they were juz trying to getaway from the trade for some reason and lastly offer me 600 for the ipad which we promised 1000 bucks earlier. which mean they will juz simply meet up with seller without agreeing the price and without reading thread and pmp properly.

furthermore, at end of the the meeting, he slam my car door heavily which makes me think that this kind of impolite trader should stay out of the trading zone. this really doesnt makes me feel comfortable and i hope the moderator can do smtg abt these guys.

I support. No way in hell iPad 2 can be 1.5 years. Even if you count the US import iPad 2, that unit just turned 1 years old!

thanks man, and i hope the moderator will do smtg on this. or the reporting for all these ffk issues is just for fun and those irresponsible traders and time waster will still continue their own bad way of trading, does benefit to anyone and to the forumer as well.

if you see it carefully, apple doesn't promote their iPad first generation as iPad 1.

The seller did mentioned clearly iPad 32GB 3G. It is your duty to see whether is iPad 1 or 2 or not. You cant blame it to seller as he's posting the correct information. If you want to buy something, do survey and read carefully, instead of saying urgent. You are pushing the responsibility by stating urgent - can excuse yourself from mistake.

I just got ffked by this guy tonight. Asked me to come and meet him in front of Kenny Roger Leisure Mall Cheras but never turned up. Come onnnnn. I drove all the way from Shah Alam to Cheras for goodness sake. I am guessing everything was premeditated. He wanted me to come all the way from Shah Alam to Cheras, wasting my time and money, as if, maybe he get some pleasure out of this.

Luckily, i manage to drive like crazy back to Shah Alam, so that i could take my daughters to dinner.

Details of the complaint : As you can see in the 2nd link, I posted on his thread for his Q9550. He PMed me on April 1st, "RM450 COD @ Penang"; I further replied with asking if he could post it to KL. He reverted that it's possible but 450 excluding postage. I replied that I'm fine with it. < Here, all are on April 1st. (And I was there waiting for the final price he is going to offer with postage, expecting 470)

Then I waited til April 3rd, no news from him. I PM'd him again, he didn't reply even when he was online from 3rd to 7th, which was when he replied "sorry for late reply someone offer me RM500 so item reserved." ; I constantly checked his profile daily, he was online at least once a day from 3rd to 7th.

Of course, as a buyer who isn't getting any updates (even the seller didn't intend to reply), I was pissed... but the next day (8/4), another seller PM'd me. I transacted a RM520 deal with him (2nd seller). Got my item the very next day.

He (Inferni) pm'd me telling me that someone offered 500, I replied with "Ok, nevermind. I already deal with someone else also I offered him more than 500. Thanks anyway" ; just so to piss him off that I can offer a higher price. If a seller sells cheap, of course people buy lah right, but if you wanna sell at higher price, inform me laaaa.

I know, the seller has his rights to sell to someone who offered higher BUT the seller himself DID NOT tell me or notify me that someone has offered higher and let me waited, as a buyer, I also have my rights to know what is going on with his sale... I can't just sit and wait forever and a week later he tells me it's sold right?


Any extra details : PM screenshot will be provided if needed. No alterations has been done to the PM.

Edit : I really hope this post will show him that I can pay more than 500, I'm not a cheapskate lowballer, if you think I can't afford more than 500, you lose out.

issue:
1) buyer pm interested in the game then ask for cod at his place
2) I confirmed time & place with the buyer and driver over
3) When I reached, I waited >30mins and try to called the buyer numerous time, ringing but no pick up
4) I continue waited another 15mins in case the buyer is busy
5) Tried call again & again, buyer still no pick up, certified no shown FFK'ed case
6) Blacklisted the buyer, other sellers pls beware pls do not deal with him

those bustards are really waste of time and they just can't get a life.
