First of all, thanks for informing me that you posted this up so I can clarify my name and let the forumers decide.

The thread that you posted is not the blackberry I offered you. Instead I have already sold that unit and I am offering you this one Blackberry Bold 2 White. I hope you know this.

First I have sold stuffs in Mudah and Lowyat itself. My policy is simple. Deposit for item to be reserved and then it belongs to you. BUT you did not want to deposit, which means you have not committed in buying the item yet. YES you have said that you want to buy the item. But no deposit were made so I still have the right to sell the item to other people. You can ask around how this works. I do not think this as an FFK.

We agreed on our deal on the 31st of April. The item is in Ipoh and I will send to item to KK, Sabah to my friend to COD with you. At around 4pm. I was already wrapping up the item. But I got an sms from another buyer. He is offering me the same price as you do and to COD with me in Ipoh. Come on bro.. Why do I want to risk for postage while I didnt get an deposit or money from you? Now is a much convenient deal for me why should I not take it. I should not sell the item simply because there were no reservations made.

Later on I asked if you would like to add money for the offer. Because common sense bro. Who ever offer highest, I can sell to who lor. In this deal. Nobody has deposited for reservation or anything. So its my right. If you have deposited the money, you would already have the item on the way to KK right now. Further more, I know you do not trust deposit. I only asked for a RM100 deposit and even told you to pass it to my friend. Come on, normal deposit you deposit it to the machine without knowing if u will be scam. Now I am asking you to deposit to my friend. At least that is safer for traders.

FFK bro. I did not make you wait for the item. I did not get your money at all. And I did not make you wait for it at COD location or anything. Basically I just wasted less than 24 hours of your time by dealing with you. And for that I am sorry and I have apologized for all this.

The reason why I deleted you on FB is that I am not happy with your reply saying that I want to CON. While I politely apologize but you do not understand how it works. And further more, I am afraid that you will save my FB pictures and let your friends know or post it on the net to let people see. I do not mind that you post my pictures but this involves my friend that is to COD with you.

And with respect. Please censor my friend's phone number as it is not meant to be public. I hope you understand this. I greatly appreciate you informing me that you posted this up.

And will you please Edit my Nick not to be in RED colour at least.. I am chinese and sorry I pantang this thing.

agreed wat batusai said ..... postage without deposit or payment received is a risk for a seller .... yup ...deposit is mainly for reservation .... without deposit its still an open item for anyone to grab.... highest offer will receive the item without deposit made by any party .... he's got the fact ....

amybest88 beware this guy, he say cod HID kit + installation at ipoh when sat or sun then i bek hometown(ipoh) cod with him then i sms him. he say afternoon then cod. after that i wait till afternoon and he say "My car take to service center and dunno when can fix". What a good reason! dam it!

1v4n - how many times did u call him? maybe he really doesnt have any credit, therefore can't call/sms. but if u call alot of times and he never pick up, that will be a different issue. and also zamnrul should have borrowed someone else's phone to sms right? less than rm0.50 la come on.

i'm helping to COD behalf of flexus90. at 1st they wanna deal at ipoh parade at 4pm, 10/04/2011 (sunday), so flexus90 told me about that~

then i can't make it at that time, so i PM FFK-er and flexus90 to amend the time and place, which is at food court, tesco station 18 at the same date but at 12pm/12:30pm~

when i arrived there around 12:15pm, i sms-ed FFK-er that i just arrived there and he said that he's just around the corner~

i wait & wait & wait until 1:15pm, never turn up, never arrived~ so, i sms-ed flexus90 that the FFK-er won't show his 2"~

luckily tesco is just near my home (not near actually la) but still far from ipoh parade~

he's not serious to do business here

haha im not saying i dont believe..but there's always a two side story.. but if i were in ur shoes,i would feel the same..im sure he could have borrowed someone else's phone to at least msg you to inform u... on the other hand i would do that if i was a sincere buyer..

I'm not saying that he should borrow someone's phone. The bugger was at home all along and he has internet, so why couldnt he send a pm? At least something to postpone or cancel the deal. It's because of ppl like these that we have this FFK issue thread. And it's probably against his religion to lie so much so I'm just gonna let God do the work here.
