Moderator,

i'm currently having a dispute with a bulk agent called caerulln whereby due to his negligence, my order from the States could not be shipped out from there which caused me to suffer a loss of RM209..

moreover, he even don't bother to offer refund for uncharged courier costs from US to M'sia which i estimated to be about RM80...

hence, do you think can you request this US Bulk Order Agent to amend his thread to clearly warn potential buyers that if the DHL refuses to deliver the item, the agent would not bear any responsibility but would have to refund for the uncharged courier costs....

In the tread link above, he was actually won the auction i posted not long ago.

I Pm him for contact number, he gave me. But when i call for the first time, he never answer my call.
Later i SMS him about the handphone he bid. No reply, so i decided to call him one more time few hours later. He answered my call, asking "Siapa ni", So , i was like OK..... , then explain again to him starting from beginning. He managed to ask " ade post ke ni", so i thought he was a serious buyer . He said then contact back thru PM. was waiting for his reply for almost 2 weeks . No reply at all, really duno what he is thinking now. At least let people know that you are not longer interested. This kind buyer exist in LYN..

Please advice.

No offence, i have faced many penang forumers (not all, but most that reach my PM box) who gave me 1 common problem : talk everything confirm everything, but buy nothing

first they will ask a lot, pull down the price, say confirm but keep quiet for a while and later PM me say "sorry, but I need it urgently. **filtered** very very sorry"

maybe I should put Penang buyers as last priority from now on. Already made me lost RM 5xx (total for few items) for that kind of problem.

Just wanted to mention that i bought something from a LYN-er called MysticJewels. Banked in the money and all that and it's been more than a month since then and yet still no item received from her. checked her profile and she hasn't been online since 4th May. Well, i'm one to be optimistic so i've been telling myself that maybe something came up and she couldn't come online and she forgot about the sale. i can't contact her cos she didn't give me her number. and when i went back to her thread, i realised that there were other buyers complaining that she took forever to post the items out and doesn't answer her phone. she replied them saying that she changed her number.
what i'm puzzled about is that it isn't even RM50... why would someone want to cheat another off so little an amount? Nak tipu baik tipu banyak banyak right?
oh well... i'm over it. still partly hope that she'll send me my item eventually... and let this be a little warning to the rest who intend to purchase stuff online. be really careful! smile.gif

Read below for details.
- I was selling W300i phone here. Luckily I didn't ship the item w/o receiving deposit, which is rule #1 !

25/May
- Suspect showed that he was desperate and falsely put "Item reserved" in my thread, even though I've not reserved anything for anyone at that time.
- Suspect PM'ed me, stating suspect was a serious buyer and it was urgent. I gave suspect my contact, and suspect called me. We negotiated the terms / payments & finalise it thru a phone conversation. This is the only time I reserved item for suspect, which will last till 26-May afternoon once I receive the deposit.
- After phone conversation, suspect SMS me for my bank account number to pay deposit. After that, suspect SMS me a few times, asking whether I really reserve the phone for suspect, how much deposit, & when I'll ship it (thru poslaju). All these was discussed and finalised during the phone conversation earlier, thus I didn't reply till night time as I was busy.
- Suspect agreed to bank in deposit into my bank account early next morning, then I'll ship the item in the afternoon.
- Felt suspect was a newbie, as he gave his e-mail address when I asked for shipping address (for PosLaju).

26/May
- Suspect PM'ed me at ~9.30am, stating that the deposit has been made.
- I waited till 3pm, but still no deposit (i checked a few times before that). Thus I SMS suspect, informing him no deposit was received and thus the deal was off. To my surprise, there wasn't any reply from suspect at all till 4pm, as suspect usually replies the SMS very fast!
- I PM'ed suspect, asking him to show proof of deposit payment, but suspect replied "busy".

bro...i think have something we gonna to settle...my friend ffk me...and i have a meeting this afternoon until 6pm...and now i see the tread baru know this happen...friend inform me he forget...i just know this happen...i call him just now...u wan me make payment now also can...please give me your acc cimb ....i try to use internet servise cimb to solve the banking...ok? i not ffk u...really true happen that to me...sorry abt that...bro...hope u give me one more change to deal with u....can i?

Actually i dont bother much if people FFK me but i noticed that this fella actually doing it before and so just for future reference, DONT BOTHER him at all. This particular FFK'er nickname is williammh.

I posted my IEM for sale and he responded that he's interested if the price is right. After done negotiating the price, he confirmed want to buy it yesterday and GIVE ME all his PERSONAL INFO. In response, i pass him my acc number too. This morning i waited for few hours cuz he promised to bank in but no response. So i sms him and this time he say price too steep. WTF... the price i agreed was offered by him, not me... if too steep, why bother offering that price in the first place... I end up packing the whole thing , ready for delivery. Waste my time and resources.

She wanted to buy the eyeliner, then asked for the bankin details, then she promised to pay but after 2 -3 days when i PM-ed her she never replied me yet i thought she never come online but when i checked her status it showed that she did hv online n got time to put on posts also.

hi there everyone...i've decided to post this because im getting annoyed by buyers pretended to be interested in buying stuff..i was having a closet clearance in stuff for ladies..and there were few buyers intrested in my stuffs.the case is just because im using cimb acc and most of them using maybank.they just gave me a hint that they dont want the stuff anymore.come on people..if you're really intrsd you dont care whether it's cimb,maybank,or what so ever.just pay for it if you really want the stuff.don't just kept giving excuses because of different bank account you dont want the stuff anymore.even i bought stuff from other ppl,i just pay for it eventho they using different acc....so what is the purpose of deposit machine or online banking then?.not that i really want ppl to buy from me,but i think it's just total nonsense for having different account..ppl just cancelled on the stuff.wtf???

ya, i agree with u.. i have a case now... (currently i dont wanna say about her name here)coz i havent confirm weather she really FFK me..But she promise me to buy one of my dress last friday. already give her maybank account and she keep on promise me she will bank in to me. She told me she dont have maybank account and ask me weather i got PBB,EON BANK OR others La.. i say i only have maybank. I understand you very well. One buyer wants to buy stuff from me and reluctant to deal with me because I'm using Alliance Bank. Then he said money has been deposited to my account and kept on pushing me to send him the stuff which I didn't because he didn't provide me receipt nor it has been shown on my account. Several days later he came to me and said something wrong with the transfer and just want to cancel the whole deal doh.gif

If want to con and FFK me at least try harder lah doh.gif
