What did u lose btw from all the above cases? I mean all of them just asked about the pricing rite, so whats the big deal?
Thats business world girl, ppl come n ask n leave. If they want it, they'll come bk, if they dont come bk or pm u , it basically means they r not interested. Not tht they asked u to meet up sumwhere and didnt turn up. Now tht is ffk, these cases of urs arent ffk cases. Why bother being a seller if u expect ppl who to directly buy ur stuff once they inquire about it doh.gif ? U have to be ready to answer loads of questions of ppl if u want to be a seller. Ppl come here to look around, find out first then think wether to purchase or not. They just dont rush into things. nyways just my 2 cents. icon_rolleyes.gif

Details of the complaint : Well, to begin the matter. He was very interested in buying the items. So, we fixed a COD. Unfortunately, most of the time he doesn't reply me. So I have been waiting for him for 3 weeks. Supposingly on the 3rd week COD, but there was the rally then cancel. I didn't mind waiting another week. But transportation is a problem for me

The arrangement was in Midvalley/Gardens. I showed him everything and tested it too to show the functionality. He asked me whether I was in a rush or not. I answered him ''No''. I think he decided to delay the time. So, he chat with me about 3-4 hours in between I asked him whether he wants to buy or not. He told me that he will confirm get Razer Pro|Type from me and the Razer Tarantula maybe in future. Then he just kept carrying on talking and changing the topic. He has diverted my question on buying the item or not more than 3 times. He told me his uncle stories like when he was in autralia, his plastic tooth, his journey on searching for Razer Collectible and etc.

Halfway, he sees his high school teacher. He just chat with her and leave me hangin about 15mins. After that, I already told him that my mom is waiting for me. So I pop the question again. Again he told me the samething, Confirm get from me Pro|Type and considering Tarantula and diverts the question and goes into his other topics again.

My mom waited for me at least 20 mins as he keeps diverting my questions. Finally, I told him I seriously needed to go. Then he willingly stops and say he has to go to the bathroom 1st. After that, I told him since he confirm getting Pro|Type, why not buy 1 1st then the other I reserve for him. He told me the time is not right and show me his empty wallet. This was very dissapointing, its alright because we were standing next to an ATM machine. I told him if the time is not right and just pay me deposit of RM100 to reserve both for him. He told me that he doesn't want to pay me the deposit, saying : '' The time is not right because I have promised another person already. If I want to get, I get all at one shot, I dont want to pay little bit here and there'' (more or less like this) . He also got me confused with another person that he arranged with. Even at that moment, he stills divert the question and tells me his stories again.

He also told me he will get it but not in that day but can tell me he can buy in the evening ...=_='' or else Sunday morning. No reply was given to me. Waited for him also no reply. I sms him also no reply, leave comment on his wall, he just deleted it and block me on facebook.

So, Tell me, is this ethical or not?? I waited and reserved for him for 3 weeks and on the 4th week finally COD, shows me his empty wallet and when we were standing next to an ATM machine , also telling me he has overspend last month. My depostit wasn't much too ask for also since will be considering as reserving 3 items worth Rm520 (gave him discount until RM480)... I wonder if he actually knows the meaning of COD (CASH ON DELIVERY). Just that wasted 3-4 hours with him and go home empty-handed and got screwing from my mom also.
