Read below for details.
- I was selling W300i phone
here. Luckily I didn't ship the item w/o receiving deposit, which is rule #1 !
25/May- Suspect showed that he was desperate and falsely put "Item reserved" in my thread, even though I've not reserved anything for anyone at that time.
- Suspect PM'ed me, stating suspect was a serious buyer and it was urgent. I gave suspect my contact, and suspect called me. We negotiated the terms / payments & finalise it thru a phone conversation. This is the only time I reserved item for suspect, which will last till 26-May afternoon once I receive the deposit.
- After phone conversation, suspect SMS me for my bank account number to pay deposit. After that, suspect SMS me a few times, asking whether I really reserve the phone for suspect, how much deposit, & when I'll ship it (thru poslaju). All these was discussed and finalised during the phone conversation earlier, thus I didn't reply till night time as I was busy.
- Suspect agreed to bank in deposit into my bank account early next morning, then I'll ship the item in the afternoon.
- Felt suspect was a newbie, as he gave his e-mail address when I asked for shipping address (for PosLaju).
26/May- Suspect PM'ed me at ~9.30am, stating that the deposit has been made.
- I waited till 3pm, but still no deposit (i checked a few times before that). Thus I SMS suspect, informing him no deposit was received and thus the deal was off. To my surprise, there wasn't any reply from suspect at all till 4pm, as suspect usually replies the SMS very fast!
- I PM'ed suspect, asking him to show proof of deposit payment, but suspect replied "busy".

Is this your first time buying stuff thru lowyat? The PosLaju tracking number will only be reflected later in the day as their system isn't so efficient. I'll PM you the PosLaju slip.
You bank in the deposit in the morning, and I'll send the items in the afternoon. If there are no problems with PosLaju, you should get it on the next day (wednesday).
