Complain against : wanrayz2003

In the tread link above, he was actually won the auction i posted not long ago.

I Pm him for contact number, he gave me. But when i call for the first time, he never answer my call.
Later i SMS him about the handphone he bid. No reply, so i decided to call him one more time few hours later. He answered my call, asking "Siapa ni", So , i was like OK..... , then explain again to him starting from beginning. He managed to ask " ade post ke ni", so i thought he was a serious buyer . He said then contact back thru PM. was waiting for his reply for almost 2 weeks . No reply at all, really duno what he is thinking now. At least let people know that you are not longer interested. This kind buyer exist in LYN..

Please advice.
