i'm currently having a dispute with a bulk agent called caerulln whereby due to his negligence, my order from the States could not be shipped out from there which caused me to suffer a loss of RM209..

moreover, he even don't bother to offer refund for uncharged courier costs from US to M'sia which i estimated to be about RM80...

hence, do you think can you request this US Bulk Order Agent to amend his thread to clearly warn potential buyers that if the DHL refuses to deliver the item, the agent would not bear any responsibility but would have to refund for the uncharged courier costs....
