I have people owned 15 -20 properties at least, she and husband has no problem, summore she is very proud and looking down on those working class who owned no property. I think she got luck to be a property owner or flipper. I think she is lucky to have moratorium during the MCO too, all else it is different story.

I think people don't understand the meaning of market value. They are always talking about asking price instead of market value. If there is no buyer at the asking price it means that the asking price is to high. In order to sell, need to reduce the price until there is a buyer. That is how you find the market value. Not by stating some number as "market value" and then say that cannot sell at "market value".

many properties also same. I have been viewing so many since last year til now. Many people lost their jobs during MCO and became poor since then...so how are they going to buy any property now??

These sellers also very stubborn. Mati2 dont wanna lower the price even though more than 1-2 years nobody even came and offered any price to the seller. Good la....let these stubborn sellers continue to pay the bank every month forever then.

Just wait for the owner to lelong only lah. Nowadays unless u haz good cash flow and income those owners buy to flip sendiri kena flipped like loti canai.

Everywhere u go ppl say market price this and that, what market ? The market is for whomever wanna be the waterfish and pay the perceived prices.
