after covid, decide to rent big house like ikankering saja....

mortage monthly is 2*rent.....
I think I will make the other man rich, but I rent 80 years like i pay 40 years mortage.
only difference is, i can fuck off tomorrow without worrying about how to sell house

my condo in wangsa maju... perhaps it is a good investment spot, right beside lrt.

listed for 2 days then got people offer 50k higher to immediately sell to them.

I can buy 600K cash just right away.. but problem your friend house is not market value.

general rule is if you want people to buy your house fast, you gonna cut price by a lot min 30%. Try 400K, people will instant grab. thats assuming everyone use is selling 500K & actually transact. if you do pretty sure not only me in lowyat will sapu it. A lot here is T10+.
