R231_SL65_AMG that SDP Aurora should be completed by next year, right?

crazy SDP went nuts with 22 storeys condo right in front of the SJ main road entrance. dunno whether they dwellers can stand with the noise coming from federal highway and komuter

starting from rm 769K for two rooms 788ft only! ( in 2019 )

Yup, scheduled for Q2 VP.

Was considered a bargain considering how much Lot 15 sold.

Up until 3 weeks ago I was living at Cantara. SDP claimed it has fantastic sound proofing, when the show units were available, they said the actual units would be similar noise levels as the windows were that good.

Actuality? Can hear some noise from the LRT track especially at night and your windows are open. All day long can hear noise from NKVE especially the airbrake noises made by lorries. But the noisiest is the PPR scumbags and their modified Wiras or motorcycles. Can hear it all the way to the 18th floor.

Aurora will definitely be able to hear the traffic noise from Federal highway and the Kommuter trains. Heard the windows isn't the same as those used in Cantara or Lot 15 as well.

The jams on that road will be an absolute certainty.

if your Cantara also can hear all those kind of noises, imagine those dwellers at condos near the NKVE

btw Lot 15 1+1 bedroom 624 sqft selling from rm593K back in 2017. that is crazy pricing I tell you.
