One of my female fren really kecian….

Own a condo in Saujana Subang. Beside Empire.

Got market value. Rm600k+…

But have been listing to sell the past 2 years+….

No buyer…not even appointment to view the unit.

Market value so high but no market to sell…

Got another cheaper 1k sqft condo in outskirt KV…

Want to sell rm290-300k oso krik krik totally no prospect come view…

Try to rent out… oso almost 7-8 months kosong no viewer come view.

A higher class condo beside her apartment previously selling rm550-650k 1300-1500sqft owner oso buang harga to rent out.

Dulu suppose rm2.4k per mth rent and above now rm1.3-1.4k oso sanggup partial furnish…high class looking condo ohmy.gif

That is called perceived market value, not the actual market value buyers willing to transact in.

got value but hardly any transaction

especially sub-sales which buyer need fork out extra for paperworks

Unker notice subang jaya area mostly liddis. Even for landed. Market value rm800k+ but went listed for sale krik krik totally no demand…

Itu singkie tinajian oso same cerita cant sell his subang jaya house eventhough already soent so much money renovate and refurbish

Saujana Subang? consider one of the better condo wo.
infact looks affordable and very strategic.

a bit older compare to other new launch, but condition not bad ma, pretty well maintained.

House above 800k only T30 family can afford lah.

That group of ppl typically more picky and won’t cincai buy your 800k pre-owned unit either.

Only those sub 500k properties high demand and turnovers, cause that’s what B70 can afford.

Keyword "outskirt"

Deswai i last time mentioned dont bother with outskirt unless the purpose is to live in it eventhough it is cheap. Sell/rent confirm susah.
