but frequently travel around that area and sunway....prefer being around that location than pavilion or mid valley...

hence if there is new development around SJCC.... I am all for it.... new place to visit... possibly split the traffic between sunway pyramid and SJCC so don't have to worry no parking at sunway pyramid after 12...

seriously though.... you can consider that entire area... sunway up till USJ.... to be very dense.... the only thing is... people are flocking to sunway pyramid only cause it has everything there....

If SJCC does well.. I bet many subang and USJ people would just travel over to SJCC instead of going all the way to sunway pyramid.... that way I could go to either one without worrying about the crowd or parking...  

An emotionally draining exercise to deal with that grade of tenants by yourself, not to mention dangerous too dealing with people that generally have nothing in life to lose.

you just cant beat Sunway Pyramid. almost everything under one roof. and the management is smart enough to do some renovation/enhancement every now and then
