Viewed the car today but only the v version on display. Quite good actually! The only downside are those hard plastics on the dash and door panels!

QUOTE(19 Degree South @ Jun 26 2022, 10:47 PM) Keep getting us the lanewatch when in US they already removed it and replace with blind spot monitoring. Not yet ROI here? The analogue and half digital speedometer is not ok, why not full Digital as many manufacturers have done |

QUOTE(livinginsin @ Jun 26 2022, 03:16 PM) Yea, I booked the V spec turbo. Not a fan of hybrid though.QUOTE(19 Degree South @ Jun 26 2022, 09:56 PM) Viewed the car today but only the v version on display. Quite good actually! Honda is forcing many customers into buying the RS model! 2022 Liao how can a suv doesn’t has power boot! Omg! Hopefully Honda would offer Power boot as an optional package to install after launch.QUOTE(ayamxxx @ Jun 27 2022, 08:42 AM) Keep getting us the lanewatch when in US they already removed it and replace with blind spot monitoring. Lanewatch part i agree, No idea why Honda is offering Lanewatch instead of a proper blindspot indicator in all ASEAN markets. The analogue and half digital speedometer is not ok, why not full Digital as many manufacturers have done QUOTE(19 Degree South @ Jun 27 2022, 11:08 AM) The rims on the V spec is the same as the RS. Both are 18inch with the same design |

I noticed some frequently asked questions from several platforms pertaining to the new HRV 2022.
Some of the clarifications for Malaysian HRV 2022 as follows: 1. No Sunroof / Moonroof / Panaromic roof 2. No Wireless charging 3. No Floating infotainment (ASEAN countries will get the "CRT" TV style) 4. Power tailgate exclusively for RS variant (Whether optional package will offer will depend on Honda Msia during launch) 5. No Blindspot indicator (ASEAN countries will get Honda Lanewatch on passenger side) 6. Clear type rear lens / lights exclusively for RS variant (Other variants will get the red bar on the rear) 7. HRV eligible for SST exemption if booked before July 2022 (This info is based on SAs as they claimed Honda Msia issued internal memo) 8. No 360 camera 9. Rims design for each variant (S - dual tone 17" rims, E - RS design 17" rims, V & RS - RS design 18" rims) 10. E, V, RS variants will come with bodykits (S - None, E & V - RS style bodykit in matte grey colour, RS - Piano black RS style bodykit) 11. Front Grille for each variants (S - Horizontal design, E & V - Diamond grille in piano black colour, RS - diamond grille with chrome highlights) This post has been edited by Area51SE: Jun 27 2022, 12:08 PM |

Based on my SA, he mentioned no wireless charging for all variants. During preview, it was a 'V' variant. So maybe those that went for preview with the RS variant display can confirm this info? |

QUOTE(19 Degree South @ Jun 27 2022, 02:56 PM) OIC. I am worry on the servicing part of a hybrid car. I think the the Jazz Hybrid you are referring to is the Honda's IMA hybrid era, Honda have moved to I-MMD tech....If you wanna experience how new honda hybrids work, u can probably just test drive the City RS which uses the same hybrid technology and engine as the new HRV.This post has been edited by Area51SE: Jun 27 2022, 04:05 PM |
