Personally believe a "right" belief help a lot. Ensure it doesn't suck your energy and money as many fake one. Same goes to the professional doctors.

So far, personally noticed all beliefs will teach all the hacks above.

One of the top lawyer in HK also got cheated. Terrible.

Reimer is a practising Buddhist who used to sit on the board of Ting Wai Monastery. She exposed Sik Chi Ding, the abbess, for mishandling millions of Hong Kong dollars in donations and sham marriages with two monks for residency purposes. She has also been active in exposing the practice of fake monks begging in Hong Kong and foreign cities.[4]

It's not an easy task to take you to better life and gotta work hard for it.

Work for better life with wisdom. Tons of money but living with everyday more severe mental illness still pointless.

I'd bet the actual figure is a couple times higher than that at least
- Parents don't/refuse to recognize their child is struggling with mental health, and do not want to try understand it even worse when they don't realize they are the root of the problem/the shame of having their child known to have mental illness

- Also parents refuse to acknowledge the existence of 'mental illness'. They though mental illness is like the ones got locked in mental asylum who have lost their sanity, at the same time though mental illness like depression is easily curable like flu

- Parents thinking that young adults don't deserve to say they have mental illness like depression unless they're the elites kind who always worry about competition and stuff

do a dass test, if you have at least mild score on anxiety/depression/stress, then you can be considered as having mental illness.
but most of the time, if your assessment is just giving mild result, government health provider will not proceed with action. there are plenty of people that having severe mental illness need to be taken care first.

Thanks folks. By 2030, we will have 70% to 80% of people having this issue base on the trend.

Me thinking what product can sell here.

you have to understand the nature of the mind. Each mind, reprograms the next mind. So if you have an initial wrong or stressful response to an event, the mind will tend to respond similarly to future similar event (reinforcement).

That is to say, whenever you encounter a similar situation, the mind thinks in a established pattern, rather automatically, with the conscious mind exerts little control over the initial response. Your thinking has become a HABIT.

Medicines offer a quick temporary fix , but the underlying subconscious mind needs a bit of right thinking, to slowly decondition the mind, to think and behave differently.

But many people don't have patience, they prefer quick fix, not understanding the so called mental problem has its root in long term conditioning of the mind, which may need some time to
decondition it.

Good luck bro smile.gif

Agreed. Base on this trend, we will have 70% to 80% people having this issue in 2030

A quick fix like u said is a good biz because people just like it. Normally I just get blasted when I trying to tell more about it or people just ignore it.

Hopefully we r not filled with drug abuse, alcohol, biycle lajak, speeding car, those illegal stuff to have temporary relief

Since 2015, I realise this issue suddenly become more n more in my surrounding

You know something is very wrong with the society, when they legalize mind altering meds and addiction drug as a quick fix to their unhappiness.

The opioid crisis in Western countries is the result of this. Too much faith in science and a general disdain of religion there.
*
Both society n gov gonna play the role to counter it.

Society gonna have awareness. Know is really right or wrong.

For gov, why drugs exist here n there in this decade btw ? Before ah jib time was far better controlled.

Many high quality leader leaving the country too. Like many other said, lu tak suka migrate lah . Poor thing is low quality folk stays, high quality folk really migrated.

This issue is made worse by typical chinamen/asian mentality that if you're not successful/cant work in corporate/cant handle stress then you're just lazy or cannot pressure.

Actually I feel this way as well.

People are driving extremely slow these days.

And they do not seem to respond when I honk them. Maybe they understand that they are the ones at fault but still cannot control themselves.

I dunno. Do you feel that way?

Food does contribute to your mental health. You are readjusting and it will take some time to fix it. Plus, some times too much physical activity will stress you even more. You don't need to go all out during exercise. Just do it leisurely around 30-40 minutes each time is enough.

Anyone has solution? Thinking of going to psychiatric

Try talking to a Psychologist first and get it assessed. If psychologist diagnosed that you need medication, they will then refer to a psychiatrist.
