By 2020, mental health conditions are expected to be the second biggest health problem affecting Malaysians after heart diseases. A national survey by the Ministry of Health found that one in three Malaysian adults aged 16 years and above (29.2 per cent) have a mental health condition, nearly triple from 11.2 per cent in 2006.

Already doing this mate. Everyday week 3 day run 3 to 5k, weekend cycle 100k, i dont eat anything that comes out of a machine except for bacon coz its damn nice. I dont eat oily or fried food except for maybe 4 time a month.

Breakfast usually egg sandwich, lunch chicken rice etc and night most of the day are oats with milk and berries

Trust me food is not the issue or contributing issue

Personally believe a "right" belief help a lot. Ensure it doesn't suck your energy and money as many fake one. Same goes to the professional doctors.

So far, personally noticed all beliefs will teach all the hacks above.

One of the top lawyer in HK also got cheated. Terrible.

Reimer is a practising Buddhist who used to sit on the board of Ting Wai Monastery. She exposed Sik Chi Ding, the abbess, for mishandling millions of Hong Kong dollars in donations and sham marriages with two monks for residency purposes. She has also been active in exposing the practice of fake monks begging in Hong Kong and foreign cities.[4]

It's not an easy task to take you to better life and gotta work hard for it.

Work for better life with wisdom. Tons of money but living with everyday more severe mental illness still pointless.

you have to understand the nature of the mind. Each mind, reprograms the next mind. So if you have an initial wrong or stressful response to an event, the mind will tend to respond similarly to the situation (reinforcement), until it becomes a habit over time.

That is to say, whenever you encounter a similar situation, the mind thinks in a established pattern.

Medicines offer a quick temporary fix , but the underlying subconscious mind needs a bit of right thinking, to slowly decondition the mind, to think and behave differently.

But many people don't have patience, they prefer quick fix, not understanding the so called mental problem has its root in long term conditioning of the mind, which may need some time to
decondition it.
*
Agreed. Base on this trend, we will have 70% to 80% people having this issue in 2030

A quick fix like u said is a good biz because people just like it. Normally I just get blasted when I trying to tell more about it or people just ignore it.

Hopefully we r not filled with drug abuse, alcohol, biycle lajak, speeding car, those illegal stuff to have temporary relief

Since 2015, I realise this issue suddenly become more n more in my surrounding

You know something is very wrong with the society, when they legalize mind altering meds and addiction drug as a quick fix to their unhappiness.

The opioid crisis in Western countries is the result of this. Too much faith in science and a general disdain of religion there.
*
Both society n gov gonna play the role to counter it.

Society gonna have awareness. Know is really right or wrong.

For gov, why drugs exist here n there in this decade btw ? Before ah jib time was far better controlled.

Many high quality leader leaving the country too. Like many other said, lu tak suka migrate lah . Poor thing is low quality folk stays, high quality folk really migrated.

Most if not all the people, will have some 'error' in their thinking pattern. A lot of times human is stuck at thinking what has already happened in the past, or worrying what's going to happen in the future. This creates a lot of negative emotions, such as anger, disappointment, unsatisfaction, worry, fear in their mind. Some people can 'release' this from their mind, but some are unable to and therefore, create a long term stress on their body and mind and cause mental health problem.

While medication is good at controlling the symptoms, it's much better for mental patients to pursue spiritual thinking because this is the place where they can rectify their thinking pattern.
*
Guess human will not handle this (at most) till AI level 7 fully mature. dry.gif

We are at level 4-5 in term of maturity

No worry, quantum AI is coming soon for Level 7 AI. We will be managed by AI. Let's AI Cop goes n catch the bicycle lajak or over dose of alcohol and give them a lesson.

When i was young right after getting car license, i also speed like mad. I also behave very badly.

I found something is wrong in me. I keep finding solution. I heard sutra can help so i did watch journey to the west over and over again, lingering temple to temple look for solution.

No wonder it's so hard to decode.

I have no interest in going too deep and detail into these cuz I ain't expert and im not acting like I'm one.

I meet these people in real life, be it npds, or people that is terrible at gaslighting, but still doing it, or disgusting people that you call flying monkey. I know cuz they match all the symptoms when read about it, just to justify their doings, and make some sense out of these nonsense.

My point is, mental and crazy people are everywhere, might even be some one that sleep beside you. They are all around us.

Worst is after covid just bring us more of these people, great.

I don't care these are true sickness or just pure behaviour, the fact that encountering them dry up my kindness and sympathy to these "special people", and now I choose to stay away from these people like a plague.

Every treat comes with opportunities. Like U can check out what biz or product can sell since base on the trend, it's going up. Product like doc2us. There will be always a positive side of this.

I just know some already taking benefits like selling bicycle lajak spare parts, more online gambling, drugs, scam, alcohol abuse, fake temple cause people easily cheated while their mental state is poor and wanna have a quick fix/solution.

The Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commissions reported that out of 14,000 students surveyed, 70% experienced online harassment in 2019.

QUOTE
One of the more extreme cases of cyberbullying happened in 2017 with 20-year old Teh Wen Chun, an engineering student living in Penang. After leaving a suicide post on his Facebook page and jumping from his 17th floor flat, his father revealed that Teh Wen Chun was extremely stressed by cyberbullying posts that tarnished his image online.

More recently in May 2019, 16-year old Davia Emilia had an Instagram poll asking her followers if she should live or die. 69% of them voted for her to die, and on the same day, Davia jumped to her death from their 3rd floor Sarawak apartment.

QUOTE
A 2019 report by the International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences showed that over 50% of Malaysians believed that it’s the sufferer’s fault for their condition and that 80% believed that mental health problems do not even exist.

In deed but becareful folks. Each comment counts

According to MCMC, those who
incited the 16-year-old girl in Sarawak
to commit suicide based on the poll on
her Instagram, may be liable under
Section 305 of the Penal Code, which
states that it is wrong to incite
individuals aged below 18 to commit
suicide.
