Already doing this mate. Everyday week 3 day run 3 to 5k, weekend cycle 100k, i dont eat anything that comes out of a machine except for bacon coz its damn nice. I dont eat oily or fried food except for maybe 4 time a month.

you have to understand the nature of the mind. Each mind, reprograms the next mind. So if you have an initial wrong or stressful response to an event, the mind will tend to respond similarly to future similar event (reinforcement). That is to say, whenever you encounter a similar situation, the mind thinks in a established pattern, rather automatically, with the conscious mind exerts little control over the initial response. Your thinking has become a HABIT.
Medicines offer a quick temporary fix , but the underlying subconscious mind needs a bit of right thinking, to slowly decondition the mind, to think and behave differently.
But many people don't have patience, they prefer quick fix, not understanding the so called mental problem has its root in long term conditioning of the mind, which may need some time to
decondition it.
