1. backtakleen
2. injector cleaner
3. petrol efa (Engine Flush Additive)
4. windows washer
5. air refiner

(4) above, can buy online, many kinds/brands also better
(5) above, can buy online, even better one like bosch brand

balancing/alignment, this is fine since the pricing looks ok

No.5, if you opt out is there any risk of voiding warranty for aircon blower?

Try not cut the air cond service because it’s related with the hybrid battery, yes the maintenance is slightly expensive , but soon enough you will reap the benefits out of it when the petrol subsidy is gone. Imagine petrol price from RM60 full tank now to RM95, that you only need to refuel every two weeks. Think in a bigger picture

those were the days that toyota maintainance is cheap, undeniably toyota is reliable engine wise, but to be fair, i felt the quality is not good compared to toyota's back then, the paint is so easily scratch, my celestial grey got scratched on the 2nd day itself in mall parking by a parent that trying to fit their infant to car seat, then lately i accidentally scratched it when my bag with zebra flask run through the door paint, also scratched. so must have a big heart, if you want to have great "celestial grey" color, otherwise my next car color will always be silver, if its still a toyota.

Agree, the paint is very thin, maybe part of cost savings measure. My Cross' paint scraped at few places d, especially at dents caused by door of other cars, even with the ceramic coating or whatever coating.... sigh

yes correct, my only regret that not doing ppf for entire whole car, but during that time, getting ppf for entire car is almost impossible, but today, there's lower end full ppf which more affordable instead of 5 figures, i would rather opted for that, but my front has ppf, no stone chips thats great, but it also comes with very stubborn water stains, so there's no one size fits all it seems, u win some u lose some, with coating, the paint looks very shiny and nice, but easily scratched.

Is it normal to hear "rattling" sound on the left side inside of the car? I notice this when driving on uneven roads.
Can the SA fix this issue?

if minor thing.. most likely due to the seat back metal buckle is not in 'right' position.. make sure it doesn't touch the plastic part.. ensure it is facing down..

im lookin to buy cross hybrid, and currently have rm7k rebate for the model. but actually im not in a rush buy a car, and actually plan to buy around year end/early 2026.

i know 7k rebate is consider quite high, but do u guys think towards year end/early 2026 there will be a higher discount for 2025 car model?

2nd half of 2025 definitely higher. Early 2026 depend on which year of car manufactured. 2025 year car definitely highest rebate then 2026 car.

Well bear in mind, the moment you got your car, your car will immediately depreciated. Let said you buy & received in Dec 2025. You car next month Jan 2026, will be considered one year car. tongue.gif
