Textbook info.

So this project is strictly on the notion that “good last location if you wanna be in KL but not so much the KLCC area”. So I bought the 2 storey strictly on that notion. That too because the wife wants it - she wants hillly, foggy places. If you ask me - this is not my first choice. But yeah, location is good for “green in KL”.

So there you go - its only about green in kL. If you discuss about the design and the kiam siapness - you aint settle down with one. Also, 2 storey can sell easier if you want due to pricing factor 😜

I hope the quality is good. I was there yesterday. Many bangla workers. I prefer Indonesians and Chinese. And perhaps Indians based on my stint of working in Mid East - they solely “built” Dubai. But Bangladeshis … i reserve my comment. As Pak Guard maybe ok.

Why didn't consider the Sierra Hijauan which is nearby? But i heard price now is 1.3mil++ for 2 storey 😞😞, cant afford it

I did check on that development. I have my thoughts. Anyways, to make life easier - I gave the decision making edge to the wife. I pay. Peace 😂

Though I still think the stairway is a stupid move. Ah well …

19 Trees double storeys more like townhouse upper unit feel, once reach home climb a staircase first, but double storeys very less stock in market, bor bian loh. Good things probably when u got home during raining, then won't get wet at all loh

just extend the car porch with awning, i guess 10k-20k can settle already, then no need pay for double storey price for a townhouse i guess?

Because this is new modern townhouse design, you cannot DIY own gate at front porch due to this Strata Title. Once you see the showroom then you will be know why can be install. The car park also fully covered by roof & ceiling. The another good point is if raining big also no need scare
