If got showroom, then why need go to site discuss instead of showroom?? Site can go after that.. But sign board said approved in 2013, now 2022 only want to develop, won't its spec be outdated already?

How about their south jalil project?? Cancelled?

Becareful then... Make sure ur deposit go to the genuine hda account, after apdl.. I think you can validate with sdb to see worth the deposit.. But this area, not for me then

In your opinion, what make it a better option than normal 2 storey terrace? Its price is just about the same range, not cheaper. If one wanna do car wash, i think is hard to make sure the dirty water won't flow to the neighbour parking, the dirty water won't wet their cars?

So there you go - its only about green in kL. If you discuss about the design and the kiam siapness - you aint settle down with one. Also, 2 storey can sell easier if you want due to pricing factor 😜

I hope the quality is good. I was there yesterday. Many bangla workers. I prefer Indonesians and Chinese. And perhaps Indians based on my stint of working in Mid East - they solely “built” Dubai. But Bangladeshis … i reserve my comment. As Pak Guard maybe ok.

Why didn't consider the Sierra Hijauan which is nearby? But i heard price now is 1.3mil++ for 2 storey 😞😞, cant afford it
