Hi, anyone know of any new landed property in KL areas? Price range around 1.5mil max. Preferably near KL city centre. (No Semenyih & Rawang, BSC).

For 1st and 2th, at least 30mins in n out daily just for the traffic light, all houses here with only one route access to main road.

Oh? U mean got landslide case there? So far I only heard about Bukit Antarabangsa and the recent one Taman Bukit Permai.

Last year I surveyed Nassim Height is around 1.1mil, Sierra around 1.3mil, Selayang around 1.3mil too. After rebate price.

Yesterday checked with SA, Nassim Height all signed. One unit left but only Bumi..

Sierra think no more also..

Selayang one naik harga.. now selling 1.5mil.

Yea.. Actually traffic is still ok for me.. I've been staying in these areas for quite many years.. get used to it already

Personally, I like the location here as close to my workshop.
