SWU 2.0 price will become the default one maybe? Unifi Biz 800Mbps has already been reduced by RM50, sooner or later.

I understand that getting unifi means we get a new phone number, but how can we still use our old number ?
*
Go Tmpoint to apply unifi, tell them you want to maintain your old landline number. They will sort it out.

Hopefully the cheaper price do not have FUP and slower speed. Or worst quality also reduce.

I suggest you two options, up to you to choose which way to go.
1. Go apply SWU 2.0 at Tmpoint, should only take few days to complete.
2. Go apply from Maxis agent on FB, 300mbps for RM129, free 6 months if switch from Unifi. This option should take about 2 weeks as need wait Tm to approve.

Anyone knows why does my bill look like this? FYI I just got the SWU 2.0 offer recently. I thought I would get first 6 months bill waived, but apparently Unifi are paying the bill in advance for me??

Don't need to be sarcastic. I just wonder if the SWU is like Unifi would pay for the first 6 months and then charge it back all at once later instead of billing nothing as waiver. U can just keep quiet if u aren't gonna provide helpful comments.

Unifi bills have been charging in advance I think from 4 or 5 years ago. Let's say the bill you received on 16 Jan 2023, will be for the chargeable period from 16 Jan until 15 Feb.

They are the sole telecommunication company in Malaysia that did it this way. biggrin.gif

Don't think this happen 4 or 5 years ago. It already is like that during Streamyx era, whereby the first month need to pay 2 months in advance.
