Checked with unifi.com.my/check-coverage my home got fiber.
But applied with telemarketing team seen like the fiber yet coming my area. So which source i need to refer with.

I think no dp box and telemarketer say coming soon, take register but already months passed nothing happen.

or maybe just let people register, reach quota then they pull fiber?

ahh....yesterday i notice the tm fiber optical cable (black + yellow strip cable) already on back alley pole. under construction, no box on the pole yet.

how long you guy think the fiber will able to install?

not sure got other good router or not (not familiar with router due to always using thirdparty modem router combo on streamyx era)

I am not expert, but that cable called as fiber optic cable. No copper inside, only optical tube + outer reinforcement shield to protect the optical section. I don think have much value to steal with.

All unifi fiber package upload speed follow unifi website.
or Half of Download Speed, or 100mbps fixed.

because my area fiber coming soon and visited 2 agent (they set up moving store roadside) one claim half of download speed, one claim 800-500-300-100 all same 100mbps upload.

Because nearest TM point quite far away. any agent to submit the registration should be enough for me.
also i see the cable already there but no further action from TM at all.
if around merdeka and yet any update i will stop thinking about fiber sh*thole and get new high performance 4g/5g router+antenna continue using digi infinite
