300Mbps speed is not exactly great but more than sufficient for any household...  tongue.gif

Can be better if they at least give half of the subscribed speed for upload.

i did mine ..but 5days already still no body call ....

my order number just remark ..transfer rejected..

And do i need unifi tv or something like that in order to watch disney+hotstar

Currently they give rm69 30mbps for Streamyx customer to migrate. Lifetime price and no contract. Even so, It's still expensive in my opinion .

I don't think i receive any offer letter.
My situation was my package was downgraded to 30Mbps basic in the next day after i went to TM point.
After that there was one guy claimed Unifi Care Crew (perhaps) has to come to my house and upgrade on site as I saw him scan the barcode of my ONU at that moment.
Whole process like took about 5 days

Same as mine
Port out to Ma**s and got transfer ID
Then bring the transfer ID to TM point to proceed port out process
TM counter offer SWU 2.0
Am i right?

Only i can't imagine such small matter (convert to SWU 2.0) took 5 days to process
And I didn't realize got such a position aka Unifi Care Crew need to present himself to my premise to "activate" SWU 2.0
I thought small conversion process can be done by Unifi system biggrin.gif
