The VLAN is in another menu.
Might be for voice connection.

oltromen ripot this offer too much pusing confusing people already XD

i also not very much interest. other than speed bump over the original speed upgrade over the existing for 6mo, and hotstar 6mo, nothing special anymore after that. price sensitive customer still cannot satisfy anyway

i rather unifi can let us get at least 12 mo hotstar and not offer extra boost over upgrade since maybe the existing devices cannot handle much higher speed than what capable. IMO 500mbps and above is best using with wifi 6 devices and mesh wired up/triband if want whole home full speed

I wonder, in the app UI it says “upgrade plan”. and all the option shows up as being selectable, if you select any of it, should you be hit with termination fees if they didn’t make it clear?

if you don’t have mesh/TV you select one with mesh/TV but lower speed, you can argue it’s an “upgrade” too. haha

does anyone know after I requested upgrade, and CS called me to confirm the upgrade, when will the contractor call to confirm the appointment? few days before appointment or on the day itself?

The CS who called me on last Thursday said on the day itself, but I am a bit skeptical. Now I asked CS livechat, he said there's no upgrade request in my account. I was like huh and he will make a report for me.

But I wonder did my request really went missing or just the CS wasn't able to find it?

I tried to do port forwarding for my CCTV… what should I put for “ WAN Host Start IP Address”, “ WAN Host End IP Address”, “WAN Start Port” and “WAN End Port”? Previous router just need the local cctv ip and port only… i’ve tried to put in my public IP address 202.188.xxx.xxx but still doesn’t work… appreciate some guidance pls.. notworthy.gif :respect

UPDATE
Manage to set CCTV connection successfully … i used DLINK Wifi Connection app which does not require all the WAN info… the web interface doesn’t allow those fields to be blank… but when create the forwarding rules in the app, the WAN info are blank when viewed in the web interface… doh.gif

Depends on your current plan.
If your current plan includes Voice STD20, then your new plan will also include Voice STD20.
If your current plan does not include Voice STD20, then your new plan will not include Voice STD20.

if i want to change the owner account name, what is the procedure? do both of the current account owner and the new owner needs to be available at any tmpoint?

I did before, yes both current owner and new owner needs to go to TM point together. both persons bring IC

That RM10 can nego one. Most important is both existing and new owner need to be present at Tmpoint.

TM is playing trick with latest version 4.14.0 or earlier since 4.13.2 of myunifi android app since recently, they block it to be able to install and even update to latest version via Certified Google Play Store at Huawei and Honor Google Android Certified SmartPhone that was released few years ago before the Ban , becoz those Huawei and Honor Google Android Certified SmartPhone also came with Huawei AppGallery beside Certified Google Play Store, user could install myunifi app at Huawei AppGallery but couldnt be able to install and even update to latest version via Certified Google Play Store, myunifi app now came bundle with wifi@unifi new feature, the wifi@unifi app was retired few years ago, the Huawei AppGallery version of myunifi app wifi@unifi Map Features was using Huawei Petal Maps instead of Google Maps, while Google Play Store version of myunifi app was using Google Maps at bundle wifi@unifi Map Features.

Google Play Store version of myunifi app Required OS is still Android 5.0 and up

if user was always install latest version of all his/her android app via Certified Google Play Store, but myunifi app newer recent version was blocked for install and even update to latest version via Certified Google Play Store at Huawei and Honor Google Android Certified SmartPhone that was released few years ago before the Ban, when user need to use and open myunifi app that was just recently updated before the block, probably only 1 or 2 version behind, but not never update the myunifi app since long time ago, the myunifi app main screen was blocked for every usage with only 1 click to update to latest version and redirect to Google Play Store, myunifi app pages at Google Play Store would show not compatible with your device.

Need to update every time as the app says 'new' version available. Couldn't be updated, uninstall/install didn't help. No other easy payment options! But they are extremely efficient and quick in terminating service. Unfortunately, no other choices! Disappointing service. Magical that we have to use our data to update this app!
