In my case, I visited for 1st time without a transfer ID, and they don't entertain me at all.
They just offered me RM129 300Mbps without FOC 6 months.
But anyhow, a counter offer is simply decided by them, not "sure have" even with transfer ID

Just change plan and got a Zyxel EX3220-T0 router, first impressions is the 2.4 GHz band range is very good.

Much better than unifi TP Link Archer C1200, that have random reboot problem.

rm73 for 30mbps isn't exactly cheap or attractive right? despite the fact that its cheaper by rm20 from standard price, which is overly expensive for Malaysia compare with elsewhere globally.

mine the wifi 6 router promo. must be for long time subscriber. TM email and whatsapp for consent.
mine already long time turbo upgrade + ultimate @ RM139.

the SWU is other promo.. that 1 u need to go TM point.
if u read thru this thread most of them get SWU with walk in TM point or with transfer ID.

just done chatting with TM that the wifi is a fiber home brand, what sort of brand, unless some users can claim the usefulness else it definitely not worth it.

For Unifi users 100mbps and above will be given a WIFI6 router, the model given is random, depending on the stock available in each area.

Just other forumers said, you have to present yourself to tmpoint to show your "sincerity" to transfer to other ISP by showing them the transfer ID
Maybe they counter offer the SWU 2.0 then you can get 300Mbps with RM129 and FOC 6 months
Else just proceed to Ma*** also got FOC 6 months promotion
