hi guys, recently rat bite my outdoor unifi fiber, TM change it to another one but the db fall significantly. TM blamed my internal wiring causing the problem. Now what is the effect of such reading, I assume the readings are in decibel (db) unit.
outdoor indoor reading as below sequence:
before 16 20
after 20 32

what is the best package now for rm129? I thought mine with 300mbps@rm139 with ultimate pack and free call is the best?
And any people being offered unifi tv box free via contract extension?

anyone can recommended me technician that could splice fiber cable around KL/Sel? I have a outdoor cable that it's skin already brittle and need replacing

TM technician keep insisting that anything on our roof they won't do even thought the landing point of the fiber from pole to house is on the roof.
They came, just say won't do but will close my case with internal wiring as the reason, a few cases already, anybody encounter this?
