今天去健身房

跑步机 倾斜快跑=15min

Shoulder weights squat machine
40kg=8 (hamstring feel very soreness)
60kg=8
80kg=8

Legs press machine
65kg=8
75kg=8
80kg=8
90kg=8,8,10

快跑后深蹲 ,两脚大腿后侧有点酸痛 坚持不懈
到家后 大量擦药
