Jeez.......it's bad enough your products are more expensive, thus you misleading others.
Then you nicely put your email and nickname as the same making it so obvious despite the attempts to advertise it as a third person.
Then you're advertising indirectly, by saying it's a site with cheap supps.
Then you use a free domain hosting which shows you just won't invest a little bit more to benefit your business. doh.gif

Don't try such tricks here. Be more honest please, and reduce the on price by RM19 to at least have a little chance at this.

Hey, no worries dude. Noob here too(reaching 8th month in gym now), going slow and steady is also important cause you might get discouraged if you hope for too much but don't see results. Give yourself sometime to improve.

"is Optimum Nutrition's whey protein, multi-vitamin from pharmacy and kept on eating on both natural proteins and carbs good enough? i dont have a big budget."

What you're doing here is good. But you have to be honest with yourself regarding exercise matters, etc. is it intense enough? The protein supplement does help. I'm tight on budget too and go for EGGS! Yes, cause your parents won't bug you for eating eggs. Or once in a while ask them to bring you for chicken chop or steak. I do get scoldings for buying supplements ya know =P

anyway, my stats are
age: 19
height: 181cm
weight: 69kg

I started BB 7months ago, so very new to it too icon_idea.gif
just my 0.2cents

Yes. =) All you need is whey, a good multivitamin, fish oil and maybe creatine. These are all I'm using. Other supplements are overrated unless you're a very, very advanced trainee. And good food.

Creatine is optional. Don't fret about it. It's found naturally in red meat but then you'd need to consume a lot. Just eat healthy and make sure your protein intake is up to mark.
