any advices from the seasoned bodybuilders mind to spare me some info for my supplements to have a descent gain?
is Optimum Nutrition's whey protein, multi-vitamin from pharmacy and kept on eating on both natural proteins and carbs good enough? i dont have a big budget.
and what do the 5lb for the Optimum Nutrition's whey protein 5lb means?
Hey, no worries dude. Noob here too(reaching 8th month in gym now), going slow and steady is also important cause you might get discouraged if you hope for too much but don't see results. Give yourself sometime to improve.age : 18

What you're doing here is good. But you have to be honest with yourself regarding exercise matters, etc. is it intense enough? The protein supplement does help. I'm tight on budget too and go for EGGS! Yes, cause your parents won't bug you for eating eggs. Or once in a while ask them to bring you for chicken chop or steak. I do get scoldings for buying supplements ya know =P
anyway, my stats are
age: 19
height: 181cm
weight: 69kg
I started BB 7months ago, so very new to it too
just my 0.2cents
