ast multi pro 32x good stuffs. last time i used to whack biomores multivits like 3-4 tabs a day. hagaga! fish oil also 2-3 caps a day. lol.

I bought Fish Oil for RM5 LoL.
- 30 caps - expire on 2010 - 1000mg  This is the Glucosamine + Chondroitin i bought for my mom 'cos she's been complaining bout her knees cracking. Ima steal some of hers especially on leg days.   In this Picture, from left.. - 2 x 120caps 1000mg Fish Oils (RM 79.20) - 1 x 30caps 1000mg Fish Oils (RM 5 LoL) - Some pharmaton multivits sachet my boss gave me cos his wife has a tonne of these. 30 caps each. - 3 x 30 Glucosamine + Chondroitin (RM 52.80) Total damage = RM 137.... what a bargain  |
