i'm using on nutrex lipo-6 just to help me burn the fats....i wanna ask arr, i'm taking it daily but my exercise oni 3 times rpm a week and 1 time hiking a week....will i not get to burn fats on the day i consume the pill but not doing exercise?? btw, if i consume lipo-6 can i drink green tea? i saw it in the bottle saying no caffeine incuding coffee and tea, so green tea ada caffeine ka?

ON is not a whey isolate and therefore cannot be categorized as Whey Isolate because it has a more Whey Concentrate.

Whey Isolates are GF Pro, VP2 and Nectar just to name a few.
