I dun use that much dextrose lar......if i had that much dextrose it'd last me for a year. besides, the white tone of the whey is much thicker, compared to the tone of dextrose, which is slightly transparent'ish

gosh, i am eating lipo-6 and have some problem sleeping at nite...i had my two pills in the morning, and another 2 pills at around 4pm....at nite, i can't sleep at all altho my eyes are closed...so how ar???

It may be too much for what you can take.
How long have you started taking them? Did you start off with 2 caps a day; 1 am and 1 afternoon? You may want to try 2 caps in the am and 1 afternoon. It will also help if you intensify your workout or use up all the energy sort to speak. Hope this helps. QUOTE(amandawwp @ Sep 28 2007, 10:56 PM) |

i do have sleeping problems with my HH "BUT" only when i take it very late like 3 - 4 pm. Try taking it before noon and used all the energy you've got during your workout..

yeah, i did follow the instruction 1 am, 1pm for 2 days....2 am, 1pm for 2 days, the now 2am, 2pm.....the pm arr? issit have to take at 12-1pm li tat??? b4 lunch? if i take after lunch can or not ar??....yeah the pm i usually consume at 3-4pm...the day i consume but no exercise can or not actually? cos i oni go cali gym 3 times a week.

Hi Amanda, this is what I normally do.
I will normally take 2 capsule at 6 am and 1 caps before my lunch at 12.30 - 1 pm during my workout days. On non workout days, i will only consumed 2 caps in the morning. Is this your first time taking Lipo6? If you can't sleep, try stop taking it for a week. then try this:- Week 1 & 2 "Workout days" 2 capsules morning 1 capsules before lunch "non workout days" 2 capsules morning let me know your results... P/s: king, how's your Hydroxycut Hardcore.. |

Sheit... i was trying to be discreet about the fat burner
HH is good... today will be my 3rd day taking it. I think i'm ready to shop for 34" pants From 40" to 34".... i think i should take a pic with me wearing the 40", just like those commercials My weight is still stuck at 93/94kg... it just won't go down. But i'm losing fats. I broke every single PR first day i took it. So much strength... and that was on a no carbs pre-wo. I'm gonna try squatting 100kg today (PR) on calorit deficit. |

Hey.. I tot fat burner should goes with Xercise? Else it won't work .....
