QUOTE(WaNaWe900 @ Feb 7 2022, 11:14 PM) hated at first but after 2 unit then get used to it for me it's the lack of proper TG that irks me. And you have to pay sky prices for them.

S22 Ultra : 12GB RAM / 256GB storage: RM5,299
I wonder, How is this compared to S21 Ultra with the same spec, last year? I recall I used 4xxx for my S21U, so is it more expensive dy?

Based on experience, usually preorders in terms of deals and service, which preorders are recommended? From samsung itselft?

From my Z flip 3 pre-order, Samsung direct preorder will give you some exclusive colour choices and potentially more 'voucher' But I also aware that their delivery was kinda messed up and result in massive delay. I did my preorder through Maxis, delivery was fine. Voucher claim took a bit of time

I remembered reading online on leaked tests that the 25W and 45W only has about 10 to 15 minutes difference from 0 to 100. so not that much difference like in previous Samsung flagships that supported 45W charging i.e. Note10 Ultra and S20 Ultra. Boxy or not design is personal preference but both Ultra generations also got side curves. 😅 I think this year 2200 and 8gen1 will also heat up as both are based on the Samsung LSI 4nm process which is known to be inferior compared to TSMC as in the 865. Maybe the signal reception will be better on the Snapdragon as mentioned by someone here based on past Samsung phones. Anyway, personally looking forward to the S22+ rather than Ultra. Ultra these days are just too bulky and expensive even compared to Apple (at least 🍎 gives an SoC that is 1 to 2 generations ahead of Android flagship SoC). 😅 This post has been edited by ipohps3: Feb 8 2022, 12:16 PM

SD will have a better modem and a better xda support on hacking it hahaha i dunno also since i dont have issue using exynos for past years ... but to tell the truth p6 modem by samsung a bit off lah This post has been edited by cruzzmz: Feb 8 2022, 12:56 PM

S10e to base S22 a good move? It all depends on the trade in value now...
