Coming from Note 9 128+128, will go for 256, didn't use so much storage and I do regular cleaning, 256 is enough for me

I am also waiting, time to change phone. Been with this Huawei P10 Plus for a very long time, starting to get issue with the phone.

When will they open for pre-order?

Yes, bought at around May 2017. Been working well, started having issue around mid of 2021. Initially wanted to change last year, but all the new phone was running on SD888, and had that overheating issue.

So refrained from changing and looking at the new breed of processor.

I don't chase phone, for me I buy flagship model and then use until it start giving me problem, then only shop for new one. Usually it is 5 years or more cycle.

It is OK, I used to chase phone too. It is a cycle. Perfectly normal.

Almost bought the fold last year. Decided I am not ok with the dinosaur camera tech. So gave up... Lol.

Hahaha. I also almost bought fold but it looked bulky and I prefer small hand held size like 11pro, s10e, so I went with flip.

Pre order will start after the event I think . But for the ultra first ... The other two maybe in March as rumors suggest .. a good practice to change after 5 years since later Samsung is going with 5 years support since last model

But then again after 2 years you become itchy already hahaha

This year SD 8 Gen 1 still produce heat like 888. Comes down to how different manufacturer tune it accordingly.
