I paid RM300 to reserve too (done on 22/9 @ 9am via Maxsux website)

Been to n fro to Maxsuc centre for d past two weeks, just to ask for clarification on reservation updates... in d end, it's a very typical CS response - wait for SMS...

How come No Order found ?

Better print out the email and go to Maxis, check with them.

Did you receive an email with a different order id? I have problem picking up my phone since the staff said that they need an email showing the new order id code? Im abit confused.

But the phone is already there but cannot ambil still? Haiyaa maxis what kind of system is this

where got new Order Id code ?

The moment you make the order and confirmed, you receive email confirming that you order is confirmed. Thats the only Order Id No which stated in Email.

This Maxis Cs really making us running around

I been told this as well by the CS this morning, He told me that I should received another EMAIL which show a NEW order ID (which he told does not contain alphabet, as your reservation ID have an alphabet in it)

So i PO direct machine no site to check status? I PO for 15Pro 256G but no email confirmation, just paper receipt. They told me 8weeks waiting, is that the same everywhere?

i dont received any email except after i made an order. for picked up, they just call me and tell them order number for verification

you can check your reservation status through the Maxis WhatsApp bot using the phone number u reserve under or your reservation ID.

if you dunno whats your reservation ID can use Maxis Twitter CS account to check

i spammed the whatsapp bot everyday until i finally got the SMS last Saturday night lol

How did you spammed the bot ya? Can gv me the sequence? Dunno what to choose from their menu listed.

Type “Hi””

Select 0 > 0 > 4 > receive TAC > key in TAC > select 1 (booking ID) or 2 (phone number) > voila!

Reservation ID not the same with Order ID?

mine booked on 4/10, received sms on 10/10, collected on 11/10
collection process took < 10 mins

Welp,,,,, lesson learned, no need to pre order from MAXIS ...... better to just make the normal order when in stock.....

No updates till today.

Welp,..... apparently what both of us did was just reservation...... not pre order...... as I been told by MAXIS CS this morning.....

DId you request for delivery or pickup at the Maxis Center? I would reckon if you chose the latter you should try going there and asking them about it as most 22-Sep pre-orders have already been fulfilled.
