I guess mine was the second batch Mine scheduled to pick up/collect on the 12th onwards, status on apps still DO created, Can we still walk in and check whether has arrived or not? |

Not quite lucky  This will be the order ID xxx for your order. Collection will be at MAXIS CENTRE xxx. Apologies it is due to delay of shipment from Apple to Maxis Centre and the delivery was by batch. Might be the other people is different batch from yours. Hope you understand that the shipment from Apple to Maxis Store is beyond our control. However, not to worries, if you have yet to receive any update after 7 days from 12 October 2023, you may contact us again for further assistance.
