Hi guys, my order status changed to this, would it be wise to go in store and check whether it's ready? my maxis number is not active (due to esim problem) so i couldnt get any message from them.

i order for pickup btw.

did you set your pickup store at maxis center or maxis dealer store? anyway congrats!

Did you receive an email with a different order id? I have problem picking up my phone since the staff said that they need an email showing the new order id code? Im abit confused.

But the phone is already there but cannot ambil still? Haiyaa maxis what kind of system is this
