I received calls yesterday and today, but both I didn’t manage to pickup. Should be from Maxis centre.
May I know what was the number? See is it the same and maybe ask me to collect?

I placed my order on 4th Oct. Also said in app 16 Oct to pick up, but until now status still the same.

Wow thankfully ive gotten mine before 12th oct . Missed the preorder ordered on the 25th of Sept and gotten it on the 11th of October. Tracking on the website was left at pick and pack. They updated the tracker to show complete after order was delivered. Normal contract 512gb nat titanium.

Placed order on 22/9 , until now still have not got the phone !!!! say delivery after 29/9

Is existing maxis family plan (299/399/499) user entitled for iphone (phone only) with zerolution without signing any new plan?

Maxis keep telling us must be signing up new plan (139+, if i didnt hear wrongly). You can convert all the supp line to 48 per month, i guess.

So we sign up 169 with normal contract 24m

Apparently, for Maxis family plan, to get the iPhone under zerolution, the price of the device follows the device price of RM48 plan. For example, 1TB Pro Max, you pay RM236 for the device for 36 months which is RM8496 in total, only RM3 cheaper than the RRP RM8499. In other words, no device pricing incentive for family plan technically, some more with locking period.

sad but not entirely surprised. zerolution always cost more than normal contract. we sign 169 per month, and the "discount" is about RM1700 on normal contract from RRP of 5999. 169 vs 48, i'm paying almost 4 times more. it wont make sense for plan 48 to get much discount.

those who know how to count should just buy the phone off the shelve.

In malaysia, unless you can claim phone bill from employer, it makes almost no sense to sign phone on contract. RM40-60 postpaid plan nowadays give you enough data unless you dont have fibre at home. I believe zerolution are also designed for few reasons, 1) people who can claim, 2) people who cannot count and think they are getting phone on the cheap but it's really not 3) just want a simple one way of paying their phone installment 4) someone who needs crazy amount of data on their phone.

Hi everybody. Sharing my experience with my purchase of the 15 Pro Max from Maxis this round. I didn't actually pre-order but just ordered via Maxis website on 3rd October 2023. Delivery ETA was 12th October 2023.

Got an SMS from Maxis on 12th October 3pm saying that my device was ready to collect.

Collected at Sunway Pyramid Maxis Centre on 12th October night itself.

So total about 10 days from time of order to self pickup. Quite happy with Maxis this round.

Just got SMS update 5mins ago,

Guess tomorrow can collect?
