If u unable to collect the phone in those 2 days, u nid to call Maxis upon receiving the SMS - so that u can collect the phone at ur own leisure.

i can get 3 different responses, on same day, in no particular order, when enquiring zerolution eligibility via online and walk-in to several maxis centres.

- no eligible, have to take normal contract and pay upfront in full
- half eligible, need to pay some amount upfront and monthly installment
- eligible, no upfront, just installment

so, long tenure and being good paymaster does not work for me, i guess

This will be the order ID xxx for your order. Collection will be at MAXIS CENTRE xxx. Apologies it is due to delay of shipment from Apple to Maxis Centre and the delivery was by batch. I placed my order on 4th Oct. Also said in app 16 Oct to pick up, but until now status still the same.
I received call since yesterday and today but didn’t manage to answer the call. Can you share the number you received, just to see is it Maxis center called?
